Based near the Marlborough downs, I am a keen amateur photographer who likes nothing more than to be wandering about in the woodland taking advantage of the peace and quiet.
Each visit to the woodland is different, different weather, different lighting, different stages of growth. The same scene can look completely different depending on the season, the path you took to get there, and the direction and quality of the light, no two days are the same.
I've been dabbling with photography for a while, starting with a black and white darkroom to developing my own film and prints, but have now thoroughly migrated to the digital world and mirrorless cameras, however black and white continues to call.
